We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item any time within 90 days of the purchase date and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping & Handling:
We will ship via UPS 0r FedEx at cost to your location, plus $7 for handling.

RETURNS
Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged merchandise.  ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACOMPANIED BY RECEIPT!  Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

With a receipt from TG Products you can return directly to us for repair/replacement of any defective tools or parts due to manufacturer problems, not related to extreme use or abuse of the product.
