We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item any time within 90 days of the purchase date and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping:
We will ship via UPS, FedEx, or US Mail for the Accessory Kit to your location.  Outside the US/Canada shipping prices vary, please call for shipping quote at 916-316-3642 or email us at sales@therailsaver.com.

RETURNS
Please contact us via email or phone prior to retuning any product and we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on a return or replacement product.   We will require information on where you purchased the product if you did not purchase directly from us.

One Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

If you purchased directly from TG Products you can return directly to us for repair/replacement of any defective tools or parts due to manufacturer problems, not related to extreme use or abuse of the product.  If you purchased from another reseller, we will require information on who you purchased from and the above rules apply.
